TYLER RYAN STUDIO

Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

www.tylerryanstudio.com

Our Commitment

Tyler Ryan Studio is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to everyone — including people with disabilities. We believe that creativity and visual storytelling should be available to all, and we strive to provide an experience that is inclusive, welcoming, and easy to navigate regardless of ability or assistive technology.

We are actively working to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological conditions.

Current Status

Our website, www.tylerryanstudio.com, is hosted on the Wix platform, which provides a range of built-in accessibility features. We are in the process of reviewing and improving our site’s accessibility on an ongoing basis.

Areas we are actively working to improve include:

  • Ensuring all images include meaningful alternative text descriptions

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast across all text and interface elements

  • Ensuring the site is navigable by keyboard without requiring a mouse

  • Making sure all forms and contact fields are properly labeled for screen readers

  • Ensuring video and multimedia content (where present) includes captions or transcripts

Known Limitations

While we work toward full accessibility, there are some areas of our site that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. As a visual creative studio, our portfolio content is image-heavy by nature, and some images may not yet have complete alternative text. We are committed to addressing these gaps over time.

Some third-party content embedded on our site — such as social media feeds or external booking tools — may not be fully within our control. We encourage users who experience difficulty with third-party content to contact those platforms directly or reach out to us for alternative assistance.

Assistive Technology

Our website is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)

  • Browser zoom and text resizing tools

  • Keyboard-only navigation

  • High-contrast display modes

If you encounter any difficulty using our site with your assistive technology, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Requesting Accessible Services

If you need any of our services or information in an alternative format, or if you require accommodations during a photography session, design consultation, or event, please let us know in advance. We are happy to work with you to ensure your experience with Tyler Ryan Studio is comfortable and accessible.

Examples of accommodations we can provide include:

  • Communicating via email rather than phone upon request

  • Providing written summaries of verbal consultations

  • Adapting session environments to support mobility, sensory, or other needs

  • Sending documents or contracts in alternative formats upon request

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter a barrier, experience difficulty accessing any part of our site, or would like to request an accommodation, please contact us:
